With over 25 years of experience in the large format graphics industry, Hayes brings a deep well of technical expertise, leadership, and strategic vision to the Keder MacroPrint team. Throughout his career, he has managed print manufacturing operations for multiple $30M+ companies, with a proven track record of operational excellence, innovation, and customer-focused solutions.
Holzhauer’s background includes executive roles at some of the industry’s most respected organizations, including Olympus Group and bluemedia. His extensive experience spans all major large format print technologies—Dye Sublimation, UV, Solvent, and Latex—and has extensive experience from PRE-PRESS to FINISHING. Hayes also brings with him a background in custom material design to meet the demands of
specific applications.
